Best Raw Food Diet For Weight Loss

Tim here with another Phuket raw food diet video.

Today I want to talk to you a little bit about my experiences with easy vegetarian meals. And I’ll show my ugly mutt in a minute, my ugly face. I thought I’d just show you some of the views of Phuket. This is on the shoreline of the private beach where I am staying.

You can see Phuket there in the background. There’s a little island that goes right around, and there’s the water that surrounds that. And there’s the jetty. It’s all part of the resort that we’re staying at. It’s absolutely wonderful.

I’ll turn the video around there.

Anyway, how are you? Just a quick video today to give you a bit of an update. I wanted to talk to you a little bit today about some of my experiences. I’ll just turn here so you can see the background while I’m talking. You can hopefully hear the sea.

A Vegetarian Meal Plan That Is Delicious!

Hello, Tim here from Phuket with yet another low carb vegetarian video.
How are we today?

We’re doing, both Louise and myself are doing fine, having a great time over here. Weather is not too bad. Yesterday ended up being quite hot. Not overcast at all. Sun was out. And man, the sun had a bit of power! Very, very strong.

Today is still looking good. A bit more overcast. It is going to be a bit cooler. But we are still going to go down into the pool. We checked it out before actually, and the water is warm. So looking forward to that.

Maybe you can hear the waves in the background. Quite beautiful and relaxing watching that. Good waking up to it as well, waking up to the sound of the waves.

I have got a few more pictures to include, which I took last night. I will show you shortly in this video. Just talking about the food I had yesterday and so forth. So I will pause this now and we’ll have a look at what I ate yesterday. At least some of the meals anyway. Continue reading

Easy Vegetarian Meals In Phuket

Hello everyone.

It is Tim here from Phuket, Thailand, with another weight loss video update.

How are we all today? We’re feeling fantastic. We just had our breakfast. It is about 9:30am in the morning, or thereabouts. Maybe getting closer to ten o’clock. The weather is fine today. Actually the sun is shining, so it is going to be a very nice day.

But, getting back on track, talking about eating. I ate very well yesterday. All healthy vegetarian recipes and vegetarian meals. For those of you who don’t know, since finishing my juice fast, 56 days of a juice fast, and I lost about 22 kilos, which is around about 51 pounds, since then, I have decided – because I didn’t have any meat or dairy for that period of time, that I would actually go off them. And go the full hog and go to a total vegan diet plan lifestyle. Now, vegan, for those of you who don’t know, is a vegetarian lifestyle. So, no meat products. But it is taking the next step – there are no animal products at all. So no eggs, meat obviously, no dairy. And instead of doing that basically it’s vegetables and fruits, and also things like nuts which are essential, or, have essential vitamins and minerals. Nuts, legumes, seeds and so on.

And I have got some goodies I want to show you now actually, which I will I do. I actually took a picture of what I ate for breakfast, and lunch and evening meals. I want you to have a look at those now. We’ll start off by having a look at the breakfast. Now you can see that even though it was a bit bit bizarre for me, having a lot of vegetables for breakfast. I had some rice there on the plate. There’s some corn there. There’s also some various vegetables. There’s tomato, it’s a tomato dish. There’s also red curry. Beautiful! Absolutely very nice. And a few other vegetables as well. Broccoli as well I believe.

I’m doing this today. Even though I’m putting these pictures on the screen, I’m actually doing this from memory. So hopefully I am getting it all.

You Can Succeed With A Vegan Diet Plan!

Hi guys!

Tim here from Puket – Phuket I should say, not puke-et, as in spew!

We’re having a lovely time here. This is our first day here. We arrived late last night and obviously didn’t get a chance to do a video. I just wanted to show you the view behind me. We have got a fantastic suite right on the ocean. Absolutely amazing. Weather is fantastic. Even though it is overcast the temperature is really quite warm. It’s almost muggy, but it is beautiful. Absolutely loving it.

We’ve got a busy day today. We’ve got lots of plans. Mainly exploring.

We couldn’t believe the number of motorbikes on the road. It was quite entertaining when we were [arriving] from the airport. All the motorbikes ducking in and out. Some people were actually holding umbrellas while they were riding motorbikes. Continue reading

Best Weight Loss Practice And Eating Properly

Hi. Tim here with another transition to food / weight loss / eat healthy video.

Just a quick one today, because this is actually take 2! I did my first video, and when I finished recording it, I went into my video editor, and there was nothing recorded. I don’t know what went wrong. But it seems to be working now. I did a couple of little test ones, and it is now working.

OK, not a lot to report today, other than that you will not be getting a video from me tomorrow. That is because I am on holidays tomorrow, and I am actually flying to Phuket. So consequently I will be in the air, and by the time I get into Phuket it is going to be late, and I will have to clear customs and so forth. So I won’t get a chance to do a video.

However I will be doing a video every day after that, while I am away, just showing you some of the sights of Phuket, and talking about the food, and talking about food experiences and so forth.

Back To Solid Foods And Loving It

How are you going today?

Today is my juice fasting update. Or, should I say, transitioning back to food update! Day 2. This is the start of Day 3, actually, from my, returning from juice fasting, going back to the normal solid foods with some healthy vegetarian recipes. Things are going fantastically well. For those who are asking, yes, I have gained a little bit of weight. The smallest amount of weight actually, since I have gone off juice fasting. Today is the start of the third day, mid morning here in Australia. I have gained 0.1 kilo, yes, 0.1 kilo!

Now that is about 1/5 of one pound. That is all I have gained since moving over, and I suspect that is going to come off pretty quickly, because I am still exercising and eating healthily. Continue reading
